Built in Michigan's Upper Peninsula

Part repair shop. Part development lab. All battery.

ProCharge Batteries is owned by Mike Delaney in Ontonagon, Michigan. The company began around aftermarket battery creation and is now being developed into a broader battery repair, engineering and R&D operation.

The idea

Too many useful products become worthless when the battery fails.

Cordless tools, mobility equipment and specialized machines increasingly depend on proprietary battery systems. When a pack fails or disappears from the market, the entire product can be sidelined. ProCharge is being built around solving that specific problem—first through repair, then through better aftermarket and custom solutions.

The direction

Develop capability before making claims.

The company is intentionally transparent about what is active today, what is still expanding and what remains on the long-term roadmap. That means tool batteries now, growing personal-mobility capability, active custom-pack development, and a future high-voltage EV/hybrid program only when the technical and safety foundation is ready.

Connected expertise

Battery work at the intersection of diagnostics, engineering and software.

Mike Delaney also owns Delaney Diagnostics and Delaney Solutions, bringing together hands-on vehicle diagnostics, technical problem-solving, software and digital product development.
